Subway and foundation pit engineering
Deep foundation pit support: in the construction of deep foundation pits such as subway stations and underground parking lots, steel bracing bears horizontal earth pressure through the opposite bracing or slant support in the pit to prevent the instability of the retaining structure. For example, a certain subway project uses Φ 800 steel pipes for support, combined with hydraulic jacks to apply pre force, to ensure the safety of excavation in the foundation pit.
Reinforcement of shield tunneling end shaft: In the area where the shield tunneling machine enters and exits the tunnel, steel supports, steel waist beams, and retaining piles work together to enhance the stability of the end shaft.
Industrial plants and high-rise buildings
Column support: In single or multi story factories, steel supports effectively transmit horizontal seismic forces and prevent column deformation by increasing the longitudinal stiffness of the structure.
